As a university athlete and student of Kinesiology and Psychology, I live at the intersection of physical performance and mental resilience. My coaching philosophy is rooted in evidence-based training, intentional movement, and long-term development.

My mission is simple: to help people rebuild confidence in their bodies and develop the physical and mental discipline required to perform at a high level — in sport and in life.
